Easy Gas Spring Tension Adjustment
Press the arm to a horizontal position and then adjust the screw according to the weight of your monitor. Turn counter-clockwise to increase tension for heavier monitors(if monitor goes down); turn clockwise to reduce tension for lighter monitors(if monitor goes up), until monitors can stay at any height you adjust
Installation Methods
